SUPPORT THE AUGUSTA ART GUILD'S

COMMUNITY WORK & ARTS IN SCHOOL PROGRAM 

Access to arts experiences enhances our community in significant ways but it takes a village to run a small non-profit, volunteer-based organization like the Augusta Art Guild :-)

 

Would you kindly consider partnering with our mission to bring the local community together through creativity and to create a deeper appreciation of the arts through exhibits, events, workshops, and scholarships?

What Does Your Sponsorship Support?

​

Your generous donations help us support local/regional artists and exhibits such as the annual Budding Artists Show; Art in the Garden to help promote tourism for the city; and to support special projects such as the Augusta Ferry Mural, Beautify Augusta, Stuff Santa’s Sleigh Toy Drive and many others. 

​

Your financial support will also help AAG continue to give back to the community through its Art in Schools Program in the Augusta and Bracken County Schools by      

 

  • Providing an arts & crafts teacher and art supplies for grades K - 4 at the Augusta School

  • Hiring an Art Teacher for grades 5 - 8 to teach Foundations in Art including basics of drawing techniques, watercolor, and pastels. 

  • Funding trips to Cincinnati Art Museum for grades 5-8 as part of Art Education

  • Sponsoring the Cincinnati Museum Center’s STEM Program on Wheels to Augusta School

  • Sponsoring the annual Cultural Outreach Program by bringing musical groups to perform at the local school.  Performances are open and free to the public

  • Funding three $500 annual scholarships to graduating seniors in visual arts & music

  • Providing scholarships to Bracken Co students for summer camps, including Maysville Community Theater Camp and ORVAG's Art Camp
